Healthy Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken breast
  • Handful or red grapes
  • ½ apple cut and sliced
  • 2 tbs of non-fat Greek yogurt

A delicious, simple, low fat sandwich filler. Give it a try and let me know what you think 🙂

Broil the chicken breast and once cooked cut into small or medium sized chunks.  Cut the grapes in half and cut and slice half of an apple. Once everything has been cut place into a small bowl and add the Greek yogurt, mix everything together and add flaked almonds for a crunchy texture. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Place on a bread of your choice with salad leaves or spinach and ENJOY!
